Adult Visits, Initial or Follow-up*: $150
Pediatric Initial Visit*: $125
Pediatric Follow-up or Sick Visit*: $100
Sports Physical with EKG: $50 or without EKG**:$30
Employment Physical with Drug Screening*: $150
Hormone replacement or controlled substance management is only available for members.
Waiting List is Available for New Adult and Pediatric Patients
*For a lower price, you could join as a direct primary care (DPC) member with free included services, including follow-up visits, for the entire month, plus access to other direct primary care member services for no extra cost!
**Sport physicals are free for DPC members.
